₹999 fee is solely for listing the profile on the platform and providing reach for one year (365 days). This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the creator secures a business deal or not. The platform does not guarantee clients or orders.
Any details added to the creator profile, including follower count, views, category, location and portfolio, must be accurate. If fake followers or misleading statistics are found, the profile may be removed without any refund.
Any conversation, deal or financial transaction between the business owner and creator is strictly between them. If the business owner fails to make payment, delays it or commits fraud, the website/company bears no liability.
Content, timing and quality of the promotional video depend on the mutual commitment between creator and business owner. The website does not guarantee video delivery.
The profile will automatically become inactive after one year unless the creator renews it for ₹999.
The platform serves merely as a bridge (medium). The platform/company is not responsible for financial loss, legal issues or fraud arising from direct dealings between users, subject to applicable law.
Creator aur Business Owner dono ko Indian laws, including applicable ASCI influencer guidelines and copyright laws, ka palan karna hoga. Illegal, abusive or misleading content may not be promoted.
If any user (creator or business) misuses the platform or commits fraud, the platform may immediately block, suspend or delete the profile.
